For UAE Shipping, the rates are as follows:

  • Orders above 200 AED have free shipping automatically applied at checkout.
  • Orders under 200 AED have a 20 AED charge for shipping.
  • Orders take 1-2 business days to arrive.

For International Shipping, the rates are as follows:

  • A flat fee of 100 AED is applied at checkout. 
  • Orders take 2-5 business days to arrive.

  • Orders take 14-21 business days to arrive.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

  • For US orders, please make sure your ZIP code is correct!

    Out of Service Areas:
  • For Out of Service areas, customers will be able to do self-collection from the nearest fulfillment service centre. This is for very specific areas like for example in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, etc. You will get an SMS with the address for pick-up.
  • APO/FPO military addresses are not accepted
