For Shipping, the rates are as follows:
- UAE Orders: Orders above 200 AED have free shipping automatically applied at checkout. Orders under 200 AED have a 20 AED charge for shipping.
- International Countries: 100 AED flat fee will be applied automatically at checkout.
Orders take 2-5 business days to arrive in the UAE, and 12- 16 business days in international countries.

If I'm ordering from an out-of-service area...
Very rarely, some orders need to be done as self-pick up from the nearest fulfillment centre. You will get notified via SMS with the location. This is very rare, and only for areas that are out of service.
